WHAT DOES IT COST TO GET MARRIED AT CERRETTI CHAPEL MANLY?

An upfront fee of $1500 is required along with your completed booking form to secure your booking.

DO I HAVE TO BE CATHOLIC TO GET MARRIED AT CERRETTI CHAPEL?

Yes. Either the Bride or Groom must be Catholic to get married at Cerretti Chapel. 

​

CAN I COME TO VIEW INSIDE THE CHAPEL?

Yes. However Cerretti Chapel is not open during the week, it is only open when there is as Wedding on. Contact the Chapel Manager for viewing times.

CAN A PASTOR/MINISTER CONDUCT OUR SERVICE?

Unfortunately not, Cerretti Chapel is a Catholic Chapel and you must therefore be married by a Catholic Priest

or a Catholic Deacon.

It is your responsibility to organise your own Priest. The Chapel manager can assist you if you are having problems doing so.

DO I HAVE TO PAY MY PRIEST OR DEACON?

Absolutly YES.  There is a lot of organising that goes into your ceremony and we recommend a donation to your Priest of $600

WHAT IF ONE OF US HAS BEEN MARRIED BEFORE?

Unfortunately you will need an Annullment, these can take up to 18months to get. 

CAN I SECURE A BOOKING WITHOUT THE SIGNED APPLICATION FORMS? 

Unfortunately Not: 

All 3 form must be submitted for your booking to be considered. â€‹

  • Cerretti Chapel Parish Acceptance Form

  •  Cerretti Chapel Priest Acceptance Form

Application does not ensure your booking, each booking is considered on a case-by-case bases.

WHERE CAN WE PARK DURING THE WEDDING?

The Cars that the Brid and Groom arrive in can park on the premises in front of the Chapel. 
Unfortunately there is NO PARKING for guests on the grounds of St Patrick's Estate.  There is however plenty of street parking along Darley Road.

WHAT IS CERRETTI CHAPEL USED FOR?

Cerretti Chapel only conducts Wedding ceremonies and Baptisms. 
We are not part of a Parish Centre, nor do we haved a parish Priest, therefore we do not host weekend Masses

or Funerals.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER EXPENSES?

Yes.  It is up to you to give a donation to you Priest.  He puts a lot of time into your wedding ceremony and often travels from his parish.  A donation of $500 is often recommended. This can be discussed and paid directly to your Priest. â€‹
